Research Interest

The Antigen Discovery Group is focussing their work around the analysis of MHC-associated peptide ligands using LC-MS/MS. The group has broad expertise of deep sequencing of immunopeptidomes in multiple pathogen infection models, analysis of the antigenic landscape of solid tumours and haematological cancers and characterisation of antigens involved in autoimmune diseases.

The laboratory is based at the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Physiology (CCMP) in the Henry Wellcome Building for Molecular Physiology, and we currently run two state-of-the-art liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC-MS) systems: QE-HFX (Thermo Scientific), and a TripleTOF 5600 both coupled to Ultimate 3000 nano ultra performance liquid chromatography (nUPLC) systems.
