The Scholarship was awarded to Mehreen Datoo, a Clinical Resarch Fellow and DPhil student at The Jenner Institute, to support her studies on the development of vaccines for malaria.

The Scholarship was set up in Navin’s memory by his family and will support clinically qualified DPhil candidates working in malaria vaccinology.

Mehreen is pictured with Navin’s parents and brother, Ash, at the award ceremony on 12 November 2019.
