Peter Davis
Clinical Research Fellow
I am a Clinical Research Fellow primarily involved in the SARS-CoV-2 controlled human challenge model within Professor McShane’s group. Prior to this, I worked with the Gonococcal Vaccine Group and contributed to studies investigating novel R21/Matrix-M administration schedules.
Following the completion of my MBBS at Imperial College London, I undertook clinical training in London and Glasgow, before commencing specialist training in Infectious Diseases and Microbiology in Oxford. My research interests focus on immune responses to infection and the management of complex post-operative infections.
I am also interested in medical education and currently work as a Clinical Lecturer at Jesus College, where I teach undergraduate pathology.
