Christopher De Voss

Postdoctoral Research Assistant

I recently completed a DPhil in the McShane group, focused on the design and characterisation of novel TB vaccines, using murine models. I currently work across both the clinical and preclinical arms of the group; on the clinical side, this involves processing and assaying clinical trial samples from studies of BCG and SARS-CoV-2 controlled human infection models. In the preclinical team, I have continued investigation from my doctoral project, seeking to generate effective, lung-resident mucosal immune responses through vaccination.
