Helpdesk Statistics
Helpdesk stats are compiled using requests submitted to the helpdesk, it’s important that all requests are forwarded to the helpdesk so that trends can be found. This will help the IT Manager inform the Business Manager of what strategy to take and in turn help deliver a better IT infrastructure.
